We were new to the industry and although we had a design/construction background we knew we wanted to defer to a designer that had a focus in the wellness industry. Our concern was that we didn’t understand the room / flow / and ancillary rooms required to run a successful medspa business. Secondarily, we needed someone to deliver our aesthetic vision. What was amazing, was how accurately their renderings matched our final spa design. This helped the construction contractors understand the detail of products they were not familiar with, and build quickly.
